    Cutting Diet-Cardio Empty Cutting Diet-Cardio

    I just started a cutting phaze in my workout. I do the same training regime that I did before, but now I added in about 20-25 min of cardio at the end of my training session mainly of the elip.

    I changed my diet, so that I don't take in min(10-20) carbs if any after 5pm. The problem is that I havn't really lost any weight yet. Do you think that I'm just replacing fat with muscle? or should I change my diet more or pick up the cardio to the next level?

    how long have you been doing this, and how many carbs are you taking in throughout the day?

    Dont go by the scale, go by the mirror. Are you leaner? That is the best way to tell, if your including cardio and not dropping weight that would be good if your gaining muscle and dropping fat then...take a look and see and let us know!

    I'm on my 4th week. my workout is 2on 1off 2on 2off.
    for my carbs during the day:
    morning - 30carbs
    after workout - 20 carbs
    lunch - 30 carbs
    super - 0mostly-20
    shake - 0
    last meal 12

    total all day 92-112

    I'm noticing my arms are leaner but I can't tell the belly is going down any

    Do you think your matabolism would take that longer to adapt to the cardio training.

    I agree with ptest the scale can mislead sometimes---muscle out weights fat so you could be adding lean muscle on and increasing your metabolism ---just hold out and play with your carbs up and down throught the week

    Just by going by what you have posted, your carb intake is too low. To cut, you should be running something like a 40/55/5 or a 35/55/10. You need to up your carb intake as well as your cardio time. If your carb intake is too low, your body will start to rob your muscle for energy.

    what if I take something like clen, and cycle two weeks on, then two weeks on rev. I've been taking the rev and still have some clen left.

    What sucks is that I just sprained my ankle. But becaust I am taking glucosimine sulfate and chondrodent as a daily sup I think it got better. The same night I got hurt I iced and compressed. The next day it felt 100 times better. I'm going to continue clen on monday and see how it dose. I've already lost 4pds now.
