    i need help and suggestions please.what time is the best to do cardio how much time?days per week? thanks in advance

    First thing in the morning on an empty stomach works best for me. I do at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. Once again that works for me.

    Well freqeuncy and duration per session is decided upon what your goals are; cut, bulk, maintain. The optimal times to perform cardio is first thing in the morning on an empty stomcah before breakfast or postworkout. These times allow you to tap into your fatstores the soonest making theem the most effective times. I would say 30 min is a min but wouldnt reccomend anything over an hr (b/c the body will start to store fat b/c it thinks its starving and instead burn proteins). So somewhere in the 30-60min time frame. If your bulking just stay at the 30min imho and if cutting somewhere betw the 45-60min timeframe. Also try to stay in your fat burning zone.
