Does this affect cardio and make it less productive.

im currently doing my cardio post workout , i dont eat carbs for about 6 hours before my workout but i do take a amino and glutamine drink during my workout. i know aminos can be used as energy so i just wanna know if those aminos are being used for energy during my cardio opposed to me burning fat. DG or Buffd or Trop let me know what you think. cuz if its affecting my fat burning then i;ll drop it.

ok this is me but i dont think that there is anything wrong with taking in aminos before your workout b/c your body will target BCAA's first when they have nothing else to break down and that leads to muscle loss so I see nothing wrong with it but thats me.

Nah that's fine. It won't effect you at all. I just can't believe you can survive through a hard workout with no carbs 6 hours before. I would die.
