While I wait a few more years to start AAS, I've been thining about using tribulus. How long should you run Trib before taking a break and for how long? Doses should be between 3-5g daily, correct?

3-5 grams made me feel great. Take some ZMA at night and that can increase your natural Test a little more. You should also look into using Glutamine, BCAA's, Creatine, and GABA. These are all legal supplements that work very well. I noticed that the Tribulus started to ware off after about 2 months, and then it did nothing for me after 3 months. The ZMA and amino acids never stop working, so use them all the time.

I am currently taking BCAA's, Glutamine, ZMA'a, and a multivitamin so thought I would throw Trib into the mix also. How long of an off peroid to you need to take from trib?

it takes some time to kick in so I would use it a min of 8 to 10 weeks.

I just saw somebody mention Z-Mass on another thread. That's another great supplement to add in place of your ZMA at bedtime. That stuff works great. Get the capsules, not the Cyclo Z-Mass.

About a month I suppose. I'm not sure though. You can use Tribulus for about 3 months at a time before it starts to wear off so a month or a little more should be good.
