    Hey guys just finished my first cycle, 12 weeks test e, deca and 5 weeks tbol. I made some good gains, started at 95kg and ended at 105kg, also managed to decrease my bf by 1%.

    I am wondering when I should cut back on my caloric intake, I am guessing that I should go back to a maintenance type eating program once I have completed my PCT (5 weeks after my last injection of test e).

    What do you guys reckon, should I cut back on my caloric intake at this time ?

    During PCT I up my caloric intake.

    after PCT I still Eat alot but if I am cutting I would lower it after PCT not during.

    Hey Hulk, thanks for the reply.

    How come you increase your intake during PCT?

    Just wondering if you need more at this time to hold on to gains or you  feel hungrier?

    With what you were doing, I would keep the cals the same or little more for at least 4 weeks. Then gradually taper them down..just keep an eye on the mirror and see if you gaining fat or not...
    You should not lose any more than 5lbs when your done...if you do then it was all water weight and bloat!!!
