Speed And Power Cycle

`I am on DP trenbolone 400 mgs turinabol 50mgs/day winny 50mgs/day. Good for min weight gain max strength power. Any suggestions

how much tren are you taking? 400mg/day?

that's a hell of a lot of orals to be taking at once.

what do you want to know?

taking the drugs won't develop strength and power. powercleans/snatch/clean and jerk and squats are going to develop the strength and power, naturally or on juice.

your weight will go up on gear (I did a mild cycle like yours and my weight SHOT up)

i may be new to gen but not new to the game. that is 400 a week of tren hex. I do all explosive power exercises, and plyometrics

tbol is fantastic, no need to stack another oral.

For a speed type cycle I would go with anavar and test prop. I would not go with winstrol as it is very bad for your joints, I have seen a lot of athletes tear up their knees while sprinting on winnie. T-bol is probably fine, and Tren is probably fine, but I would not do a cycle without some test in it; and if you want to keep a good weight/strength ratio, prop is really the only test ester to go with.

For training, the olympic lifts are the way to go in the gym along with some dot drills, quick step ladder, and some good old fashioned jump rope interval training. I also like doing some explosion work with a medicine ball as well, like a caber toss (thrown straight up as high as you can) or a two handed throw for distance. If you have the equipment, flipping huge tractor tires is one of the best explosion expercises out there.

On the track, go with short sprints, 100 yds max, for full speed. Once you are in shape some overspeed training is good also (like getting pulled by a bungee cable etc). You can do a little resistance work as well, like running with a parachute, but overspeed is more important.

I'm currently on 70mg tren EOD and 30mg dbol ED - I've become a freak with the olifts . . . fantastic cycle in my opinion (of course I've only done winny and tbol in addition) - running it 4 weeks on/4 weeks off.
