You shouldn't use orange juice (or any citric juices for that matter). You should use dextrose. Fructose isn't as optimal as glucose for creatine delivery.

And i take my creatine by the powder from Atlargenutrition.com

I just take a teaspoonful and throw it in my mouth and wash it down.

I was thinking since Grapefruit Juice acted as a catalyst to Oral AAS, could it be used in the same form with creatine poweder or caps?

I take my micronized creatine (cost about 10 dollars for 400g) with powdered gatorade (has dextrose in it, plus electrolytes)...works great and is easy on the pocket book!!

I use the powdered effervesant creatine and mix it with a scoop of effervesant glutamine,it's got a built in delivery system and seems to work well.

okay swince everyone missed the point of this thread. This is a servey would people rather use the powder of caps, just vote at the top. Caps have never been done before so it would be something new.
