    Alright. I am going to adjust my diet, but I do not want to bulk. Here is my plan for the beginning of the year.

    1-10 Test Prop 300mg (mo-wed-fri)
    1-10 Anavar 50mg/ed
    7-10 Winny 50mg/ed
    5-16 Fertigyn HCG 500iu/wk
    11-15 Clomid 150mg/2days on 2 off-- for 30 days
    Letro Throughout
    Aroma with PCT.

    16-20 ECA stack and hard cardio, 2200cal diet.

    Week 21, start same cycle over.


    Comments or concerns....hop on in.

    Changing the hcg from 500iu throughout, to 1000 iu/wk for weeks 11-16 (during PCT)

    I would be concerned about the stress on the liver from the orals... Next is you are starting HCG to late... and you shouldn't use the HCG for PCT because it suppressing LH... Look under the Post Cycle Therapy forum to see my New recommendations

    I would run HCG throughout like Visions saidm and not wait till the end and hopr to bounce back.

    What is your goal here?? what do you mean by "hard cardio"??

    Alright, HCG, 500iu/wk 1-10
    trib w/PCT

    Gonna drop the ECA stack through PCT as to give the old liver a rest while dieting down.

    My goals are just to put on some solid lbs. maybe 5-10 SOLID keepable gains., then cut down some, then back on for another 15-20 lbs (bulking) ...then cutting through the rest of the year w/o any gear...maybe clen, if anything.


    By hard cardio I mean about 4x/wk.....10 miles or so on the elliptical each session and some MMA circuit training routines.

    Well I would say you if you want to cut than do 45 min of cardio in the morning. i wouldn't worry about putting in an amount of mileage on an elliptical. Instead, use a treadmill and kick it up to 15 degree incline and walk at 3mph or so. You want to keep you're heart rate around 70-75% of your max heart rate.

    i wouldn't worry about doing any mma training unless you're a fighter and it necessary.

    The biggest factor you need to really focus on is your DIET.

    make sure your get blood tests. thats quite a cycle. good luck, let us know your results.

    Well, it's not that crazy.  Winny, var and 300-350mg test....pretty basic, actually.  

    And Dr. Steroids, I hear you bro...but, it's how I measure my cardio.  I will knock out about 10 miles each session on the elliptical.   If I'm doing my MMA training, it's more for conditioning, plus nothing wears your ass out like a good MMA training session.  Every once in a while, some old buddies and I get together at a gym about 50 miles from me and fight.  So, since we were all Marines together, I like to be in "better" shape than the other guys. Plus, like I said, it's good conditioning.


    Var won't be TOO stressful on my liver, but the Winny--I know will reak havoc..I'll keep my liver cleansed more than usual because prop sometimes makes me oily.  So, I'll keep my filter in check

    My diet (not sure WHAT it will be comprised of) while cutting will be based off of :

    2267 Cals
    276 g protein
    145g carbs
    64.5g helathy fats..




    I will probably stay somewhere around double the cals and 400-450g protein while on.

    Well honestly I think that is a little low Kcal wise but you know your body best. What I would do though, is take measurements every 2 weeks as well as pics and see if you're loosing too much muscle with the fat.

    I for one drop weight fast, too fast if I don't keep an eye on it. You may want to throw a cheat meal 1x wk if you drop fast. This will do 2 things, it'll give you a break and it will also kick your metabolism also which will help with the fat loss.

    You should be dropping 10% of your weight if you start dropping too fast you will run the chance of sacrificing too much muscle during the process.

    Indeed, my friend. I make it a point to get my cheat meal in once a week. I go out for a nice dinner....enough it gets me full to the point I want to yack, and makes me CRAVE getting up in the morning and eating something healthier. Then around wednesday, I start working hard to get back to the cheat meal. And like you said, a good spike in your metabolism never hurts.

    Thanks for the tip on measurements. I've been told that before, but I get caught up and forget.

    Other than the points you have made, structurally, does the cycle itself look sound to you Fonz?

    Sounds pretty good. Might think of throwing something in with the winny to maximize cut. I prefer masteron but thats up to you. As for pct, you've got the artillary you need but i gotta bump visions and dr. steroids. They know their shit. Your nuts are gonna be well shot by week 5 especially using propionate. Hcg should be from start to finish with your anabolics.  This will make it easier to keep the gains you have obtained.  With the clomid.  I really wouldn't think about running it until the last shot of hcg.

    Did you read my cycle?I'm running var through an entire cycle...I think I'm gonna be okay.
