Well, it's not that crazy. Winny, var and 300-350mg test....pretty basic, actually.
And Dr. Steroids, I hear you bro...but, it's how I measure my cardio. I will knock out about 10 miles each session on the elliptical. If I'm doing my MMA training, it's more for conditioning, plus nothing wears your ass out like a good MMA training session. Every once in a while, some old buddies and I get together at a gym about 50 miles from me and fight. So, since we were all Marines together, I like to be in "better" shape than the other guys. Plus, like I said, it's good conditioning.
Var won't be TOO stressful on my liver, but the Winny--I know will reak havoc..I'll keep my liver cleansed more than usual because prop sometimes makes me oily. So, I'll keep my filter in check
