    I'm 48 yo, have done 4 cycles, 6.0'' tall at a lean 205lbs. I want to put on about 20-25 lbs. by end of Jan. 2018. How's this; ?

    10 weeks: Mon. - 250 deca+ 375 of Test Eth.
    Thur. - 200 EQ + 375 of Test Eth.

    Any suggestions ???

    IF YOUR LOOKING TO DO  a bulker i would drop the eq and go with the deca/test and add some D-bol in there to kickstart the cycle.

    Ide go with 500-600mg's of test 12 weeks
    Deca 400-maybe 500 10-12 Weeks
    30-40mgs of Dbol 4-5 weeks
    Liv 52 to take along with the dbol

    the others are correct, the 20 lbs can be done, expect to gain fat and water as well. Diet is you key for gaining, weather it be fat or lean mass.

    Hey CoolKat,
    I would lay it out like this for optimum bulking:
    Weeks 1-10 test e 375mg Mon & Thurs
    Weeks 1-9 Decca 300mg Mon & Thurs
    Weeks 1-4 Dball 50mg daily
    Weeks 9-12 Dball 50mg daily
    Weeks 11-12 Test Prop 100mg 3x per week
    Weeks 1-12 proviron 50mg daily
    Weeks 12-15 PCT

    You are right about the Decca needing to end the Decca 3weeks before PCT, thanks, made the adjustment to the cycle.
    CoolKat, you stated in your thread you wanted the most out of your bulking
    cycle. The Test Prop and the Dball at the end of the cycle will allow you
    to continue bulking right up until your PCT. If you want to maximize this
    buliking cycle, this gives you a way to do it. If you don't add it you will
    have a gap between your last Test E and Decca shots and your PCT.

    I'll drop the EQ and do 250 Deca/250 Test Eth 2/x week with d-ball kick start and maybe a little at end.

    I will do Provion 25 mg day and have Nolva and caborloine to do 2x/week also.

    Not sure about the test prop. How will that help me ???

    Hey bro You should run the test e one or even 2 weeks longer then the deca.Deca has a longer half life.Pct should be run 3 weeks after last deca jab and not 2 weeks.So deca wk1-9 and test 1-10 or 11.Goodluck

    Hey Juice, You are right the Decca should be run weeks 1-9. I changed it
    on the original thread, but he doesn't need to run the Test E longer
    than 10 weeks if he changes to Test Prop. Fit

    Coolkat, to avoid shutdown, you need to run the TEst higher than the Deca.

    I'd suggest the test at 250mgs twice a week and the deca at 200 mgs twice a week

    Here is a different answer.

    I agree that DIET is the key thing with this. You need to be eating 400 grams of protein a day and you will gain weight. I go with chicken, fish, cottage cheese, shakes, and some lean beef. I am in my 40s and I gotta watch my lipid profile and BP.

    However, eq is a great substance to take to make lean gains. DBol will add some short term gains (aka water), but who wants to bother with doing that if it is harsh on your liver and can screw with your BP? Test and Deca are a great combo. When I do a bulker, I do tren and test and eat till I feel I will burst (several meals with 50-60 grams of protein as well as eating when I wake up during the night.)

    I don't think it is possible for an experienced bro to add 20 pounds of LBM in that short of a time. I am your weight but am 4 inches shorter and it is hard for me to gain a lot now.
