What's up bros. Got a question for you guys. I just fnished first week of 250 and shot 1 st shot for second week today. 5th day in a row of working out no motivation. Has the 250 kicked in yet and when will I know it is gonna kick in. I also take 25- 30 mg of Dbol a day and I don't feel anything off of them. Is there something wrong with my body or does it take is take more than 2 weeks for this stuff to kick in. I feel like crap today and I barely finished my work out. Should I work out 5 days a week or stay on upper lower break upper lower weekend off. I do feel hungrier on this stuff but the motivation and strength factors are about the same as when I was off of it please help. my cycle is....
10 weeks test e 250 500 mg wkly
dbol 4-6 weeks 25-30 mg daily
HCG 1000 iu wkly starting at week 4 going to week10
pct 25-40 daily Nolvadex
beginner cycle first cycle

test e takes 3-5 weeks to kick in i'm on my first cycle of Test enth 500 mg a week,week 5 and i'm not sure if it has kicked in yet either?i did kickstart it with 20 mgs of m1t gained 10 pounds and strength is through the roof.wish i would have just ran the test.as for dbol i hear about a week to kickin.omo extend it to 12 weeks that is what i am doin

Test E takes about 5-6 weeks for me to see the gains. D-bol takes about two weeks for me also, but some people feel it after a few days. Make sure you are getting enough sleep (8-10hrs per night) and enough calories. Sounds to me like you are over training. Now that may mean working out to many times per week, or just doing too much during your workouts. Try to keep your workouts to 45-70mins max. Here is the body part split i use:

Monday: chest and biceps
Tues: legs
Wed: rest or cardio and abs
Thurs: shoulders and triceps
Friday: back
Sat: rest or cardio and abs
Sun: rest or cardio and abs.

For smaller bodyparts do 3-4 exercises, 3-4 sets each, reps between 8-15, per workout. For larger bodyparts do 4 exercises, 4 sets each, reps between 6-15, per workout. Make sure you get at least two days rest per week minimum. Remember you only grow when you rest, not when you train.

Thanx bro for the info. Mon-upper, abs Tues Lower,abs Wed off Tjurs upper,abs Fri lower ,abs weekend off. This is how I did it until someone said you can go everyday because you are anabolic now and that someone was wrong I am human I hurt still and I like my old schedule better because those rest make me stronger. So thank you again and I am going back to my old schedule.
