eca

Quick question, I have been using eca (60mg ephedra,200mg caffeine,325mg aspirin) three times a day for about three weeks now. I have lost alot of body fat. Now to the question: How long is it safe to use this for? I would like to keep on for about three more weeks for a total of six. But if it is harmful I will stop. Thanks

6 weeks is not really that long to be using an ECA stack,I really wouldn't worry too much about it.

Just my opinion, but personally I feel that eca usually loses it's effictiveness after 2-3 weeks.

Need to use it 5 days on 2 days off keep the beta receptors recharged---as long as your BP is in control you can use it for like 3 to 4 months and then take a little break

Yeah, Like NPC said, watch that BP. I've ended up a few times in the ER with dangerounsly high readings. Not a big fan of ECA.
