    man fri i was doing behind the back sholder shrugs i only had 415 on the smith and about the 4 or 5th time something hurt it just know starting to go away i think my form was off a little peace out

    Go lighter for at least a week and let whatever you pulled heal itself. Definitely do a few light warm up sets and stretch out your muscles & ligaments before your heavy sets.

    One of my training partners tore his trap doing rear shrugs. Four months still has not healed.

    I hate behind the neck shrugging heavy its very hard on your rotator cuff---hurts the shoulder to much making it prone for injury
