    6'3- 215lbs at 10%bf. I am currently doing the Body Opus diet trying to get to 8%bf before this next cycle and this will be my 6th cycle and it has been 6 months sofar from my last cycle. anyway here it is

    wks 1-10
    test enan 750mgs ew
    fina 150mgs eod wks 3-6 only
    halo 25mgs ed wks 1-2

    wk11
    enan 500mgs ew
    Dbol 40mgs ed

    wk12
    enan 250mgs ew
    dbol 40mgs ed

    wk13-14
    dbol 40mgs ed

    pct will start wk 15
    ldex will be ran at 1mg eod from start to finish
    Nolvadex wk 15-17 at 40mgs ed b4 bed. Diet has been set up as a bulking diet from Southpaw. Should be very good cycle. What does everyone think, should I change anything?

    4 whole eggs
    50grams of Carbs from Oatmeal
    1 tablespoons peanut butter

    8:30am
    N-Large2 shake

    Lunch(around 11am)
    3oz fish
    3oz beef
    1cp rice and 1cp beans if you can get them down

    1:30pm
    same as 8:30am

    3:30
    1 can tuna w/salsa
    2 harb boiled eggs
    6oz grams of beans
    35grams rice

    6pm
    3oz chicken
    3 oz salomon
    large baked potato(sweet or white)

    8:30pm(or right before bed, I figured you might go to bed early)
    12oz steak
    4 whole eggs
    2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    NO CARBS

    I will do 3 on 1 off 3 on training split to help limit fat gain

    Great cycle and great diet bro. That South is one hell of a charactor ain't he ? I wish I could put him under Chinesse water torture for a couple of hours,,,,, it ain't no telling what you could learn from him !!! LOL

    Thinking of including slin aswell 2 weeks on 1 off and only on training days. Since I have a better understanding on carbs maybe this time slin wont fatten me up so bad.

    it's all androgens except for the d'bol at the end...

    why not add some equipoise or primo for the duration of the cycle...that way you could lower the dosage of the Tren A bit...500mgs a week of tren would kill me...

    the action of the slin is anabolic so its not all androgenic.Laughing I just love this cycle test and fina and with the dbol and slin it should be quit nice. I would love to throw some Primo it in, but im out of cash. Laughing

    I like the idea of using slin, it could very well add an extra 7 to 10lbs. of mass on top of what you gain from the AAS. Also if you have never used halo's you will love those. I really have to watch myself as I tend to damn near abuse halo's when I get my hands on them. LOL

    I used halo's in my last cycle and loved it. On the slin what kind of carbs should I take to limit fat gain?
