Plan on running a cycle of Test-E at 500mg/week for 10 weeks with a follow-up PCT of nolva two weeks after the last inject....during the ten weeks I plan on eating everything in site and really push my cals as high as I can....but for how long after the cycle does one have to continue to eat this way? When should I start lowering the cals back towards maintenance, right around PCT time?

First off that sounds like a very safe easy cycle.


And as far as your calories just make sure you are eating clean. I mean i can take in a TON of calories if i just ate McDonalds all day but that wouldnt be very good for my body would it? Just make sure to get in some good low glycemic carbs(brown stuff is best) and bump up you protein intake. As far as after cycle just remember you cant just drop your cals straight down. You still need to nourish yourself to support the added muscle you are carrying.

Keep watching yourself and the scale when you come off. Keep the protein pretty high but do drop it some. Then basically just play around with your carbs. If you start really dropping weight add some. If you are looking pretty soft and smooth then drop them down.
