    3 packs Lean Groung Turkey
    2 Packs Turkey lunch meat
    4 large Pork Chops
    1 large pack of Chicken
    2 large Salmon filets
2x loaf of whole wheat Bread
    8 large sweet potatoes
    1 pack plain bagels
    1 jar Peanut Butter
    2x18 pack of eggs
    2 packs bacon
    1 gallon of milk
    3 boxes of oatmeal
    2 packs frozen Veggies

1 Cranberry juice (to help the Tbol)

Hrm....that seems about it. Only cost me $74 bucs. Thank god for a preffered card and a keen eye. You got to shop for deals people.

And my roomate who was with me bought nothing but shit food, frozen dinners, cookies and crap and spent well over $100.

Expensive is eating Name brand healthy. Most people do not realize that the store brand comes from the same plant as the name brand. Not everything is this way of course, but that's why good people in marketing make 6 figures. To make you think that the brand is the best.

Very true. I am mre of a label whore. If two things are alike i compare nutrition facts of both then compare that to the price difference.

it costs a LOT for fresh food weekly...6lbs frozen chicken breasts for $11 at Sams, however, is cheap

how long will that grocery trip last you do you suppose?

I buy alot in bulk it is way cheaper, for beef I purchase a half a cow every 6 months, I pay $2.49 a pound/Canadian for all the various cuts of meat, Costco for all my other meats and necessary items. I still spend alot but it is much cheaper than buying from most stores that cater to smaller purchases.

I don't think it much expensive to buy healthy foods. Even if you spend few you can buy some good healthy foods like vegetables.

Eating healthy is not expensive but eating with conscience is very important.
