Measuring and Symmetry Revisited Empty Measuring and Symmetry Revisited

    Post by o2jumper Thu Sep 21, 2017 1:45 pm

I posted a thread a while back about some difference in arm size. As of last week, I did determine that the outside portion(lateral head) of my tricep on the right arm finishes higher up on the humerus than the left. Due to that, I have a difference of 1/2" in overall arm size, which may go un noticed to anyone looking...I hope.

Not sure if there is any exercise that will grow that portion of the tricep muscle in the direction of my elbow to balance this out???

I guess my only other option mght be is to focus on the bicep on that arm to make the size equal.

    Any info would be helpful.

For some odd reason I knew you were going to be first person to reply to this...anyway, I started doing these. I do more reps/sets with the right and sometimes just throw in an addtl 3 sets. I thought about just doing the right tri on days off but I do not want to overdo it either. Thanks!
