My current stats ;
Age 30
Height 182 cm.
Weight 170 lbs
BF 5 % (approx.)
Experience : 2,5 years
Cycles - Just finishing O-Turanabol only cycle and gained 6 lbs. (this is the first cycle in my life)
Diet : not calculating but in balance.taking 2 gr. protein/kg, meals 5-6 times a day.

At last ı have made my mind and decided to go with injection type of steroids instead of oral only cycles.
I have made a long search and planning to do the following for my next cycle ;

I call it as a BULKING cycle. Here it is ;

Wk 1 - 12 400mg Deca    
Wk 1 - 12 500mg Test Enanthate 250
Wk 1 - 4  30mg dbol

Wk 1 - 17 50mg Proviron ed  (or 25md ed)
wks 7-8, 10-12 - 500iu hcg 2x per week (4 weeks in total)

2 weeks off and than PCT starts,

Wk 15 - 50mg nolvadex ed or clomid 100 ed
Wk 16 - 40mg nolvadex ed or clomid 50 ed
Wk 17 - 30mg nolvadex ed or clomid 50 ed


This will be my first real cycle and any contribution is appreciated,
