Mornin Brothers,

I'm looking to start a new cycle in either jun or aug.
I'm debating on dropping my bf into the single
digits before starting the cycle. My goal is clean
mass and ease of maintenance since I have to
maintain weight class. I compete both middle
weight and light heavy in MMA so body weight
and cardio is a bit of a concern. I need to
remain under 199lb. Also trying to keep from
drawing too much attention to myself.
Been clean for a couple years and would like a
critique of my cycle. Feel free to add any info
that you think may be helpful. Here's my stats:

Ht: 5'7 Wt: 184 BF: ~11-12%
Age: 25 Training Exp: < 9 years
Cycles: 3
-Sustanon for 10 weeks
-Test and Deca 300 for 10 weeks
-EQ 300 and Dianabol (4 week kick start) for 12.

my planned cycle:
Week 1-4 Dbol @ 30mg/day kick start
Also considering prop instead, but not too
interested in the multiple injects. Did sust
and didn't like the pain from that so I assume
that the prop must be similar or worse. Any info
on DP's prop?
Week 1-10 EQ @ 400mg/week
Week 9-12 Winstrol @ 30mg/day
Week 13-16 Nolvadex @ 40mg/day/wk1+2, 30mg/day/wk3
20mg/day/wk4

Maintenance Calories: ~3000-3500 a day. 60/30/10 ratio.
Sounds a bit high, but I have a really high metabolism.
Water: 1.5 gallons per-day
Training Frequency:
Monday and Thursday: Weights, bag work, and drills
Tuesday and Friday: sparring and drills
Saturday: sparring and hiit program

Also have Liv Prot, clen , B-6, extra nolv, and arimidex
on hand. I also have some DP test cyp that's sitting on
the side and saving for a future cycle.

As for deca and tren, I have tad bit of gyno under
left nip. Pretty sure I got it from the deca while on
the test/deca cycle. I haven't used tren yet, but I'm
concerned about the progesterone and prolactin levels
while on, and I don't have a source for bromo. I'm
also considering oral turanabol, but since I've never used
it and I do have some experience with the dbol I'm going
with the dbol. Since I've been off the gear for a while, I'm
expecting my receptors to be clean enough to use fairly
low doses.

I am also considering Sustaxyl, as opposed to the prop
as a possible "kickstart" then lower dose cruise throughout
the cycle.

If your 184 now at 10-12%, you can afford to put on 20lbs easy if your goal is to stay under 199 in contest shape.

I assume the eq at 400mg ed is a mistype and you meant 400mg each week.

Test should be the basis of all cycles IMO. There are two tests that I primarily use test enan and test cyp. Sustanon is too hard to keep even levels in the blood stream and prop hurts too much.

So assuming that you meant 400mg eq per week, I'd just add test enan at 500-600mg per week, have nolva on hand to combat any estrogen problems that arise and bump the protein up to 375g per day.

Hi EM,

Yeah, I have some DP test cyp that is sitting right now.
I've been a little concerned with the bloat, though.
I'm actually on that diet above right now, and I'm having
some trouble with acne breakouts. I'm assuming it must
be my diet or perhaps the MRP's + added whey that I'm
taking in. Should I alter my nutritional ratios or start mega
dosing B-6?

Your nutritional ratios are on the extreme side IMO. I follow a 45/35/20 plan.

I'd be using the cyp, because I don't like how I feel when I use any anabolic higher than my test dose, it affects me in a bad way.

B-6 will assist with the progesterone related gyno that you get from tren or deca, but, won't help with the acne. You need b-5 to kill the acne, take 5g per day.

If you want to control the bloat some use the nolva at 20mg per day and that will keep it down.

Cool, I'll try switching up the ratio
similar to yours. It shouldn't be
too difficult to change my meals
around. The breakouts are pretty
annoying, I'll give the b-5 a try.
Thanks for correcting me on that.
I always get those two confused for
some reason.

Bro, I def agree with EM, however in our discussions I understood that you were looking for lean mass over anyting else and wanted to keep your body weight down below 200. Am I correct? I had suggested a combination of EQ 400mg per week with against EM's better judgement  Prop at 100mg eod. This with Winny at the end will not give you massive gains but wil gt you slight gains and very hard. Bro, you say y0ou havea high metabolism and are in my opinion doing a good deal of cardio that you should not be to concerned with bloat. Personally I know a lot of people bloat on deca, I dont as my cardio is usually higer than most peoples.
Turanabol is a cross between dbol and Anavar bro, it is non aromatizing, if you were to kick start I would use Methanabol. The one thing people dont realize with Sus, and in this case Sustaxyl is that there are slow and fast acting etsers in there. In my opinion to get the best benefit out of it you need to inject eod.

Mornin Bros,

Thanks EM and Mr. X for your help with my post.

Began megadosing the b5 friday and this morning
there's already quite an improvement with the
breakouts. I also changed the ratios of my diet
closer to what EM recommended. Been quite a
trip. Though this morning when I took the b5 I
began feeling really nauzeated<sp?> about
an hour after I took it, I also had some difficulty
breathing and broke out with a slight rash on my
chest and shoulders. It all subside after about
an hour or two. Not sure if that is a side-effect of
too much b5 since I've never dosed this high.
any insight on this?

Mr. X, thanks for jumping aboard the post. I was
actually discussing the prop/cyp issue with a bud
that I train with. He's also in favor of the prop
over cyp. I'm just dreading that I'll be poking
more than I prefer. I'm most likely going to go
with the prop and save the cyp for later.

Any info on the DP prop? Is it pretty painful?
