    Need some advice from some of you experienced members about my next cycle. Cycle and stats are ...

    Week 1 - 5 : 35mg dbol ED
    Week 1 - 10 : 600mg test cypionate (bi weekly shots of 300mg)
    Week 1 - 10 : 400mg deca (bi weekly shots of 200)
    PCT: Clomid, nolvadex, blah blah blah

    23 years old
    Been working out for 3 years
    5'9
    170 lbs
    4% bodyfat
    Diet consists of usually 3200 cals, 250 protein, 450 carbs
    Have done three cycles in the past but only taken test products

    My goal is to hit 187 - 191 lbs with this cycle ... will be bulking up and then trim back down after PCT. I'm not really worried about my BF going up as I've always been skinny. Any advice is appreciated.

    How much test have you done in the past. I would concider upping the cycle 2 more weeks to 12. Run your dbol the first 5 weeks , take 4 weeks off and run it again at the end. You can run orals past your injectables. Cycle is classic and it works. Eat your ass off and train hard. Have extra nolv on hand in case of gyno and liquidex for bloat.

    My cycle history is

    First cycle age 20 - 400mg test enanthate 10 weeks
    Second cycle age 21 - 500mg test enanthate 10 weeks
    Third cycle age 23 - 500mg test enanthate 12 weeks and Dbol weeks 1-4

    capt_salve,

    Good history, bro. IMHO that's the smart
    way to begin using gear. Lower doses of
    test, then gradually increasing dosages.
    I usually have a preference to EQ over deca,
    but if I were to use a cycle similar to yours,
    here is what I would do.

    Week 1-4 + 11-14 : 30mg dbol ED
    Week 1 - 12 : 600mg test cypionate (bi weekly shots of 300mg)
    Week 1 - 12 : 300-400mg deca (bi weekly shots of 150-200)
    Week 6 - 14 : 250/500 i.u. HCG (bi weekly)
    Week 15 - 18 : PCT 40mg/day (13 + 14), 30mg/day (15)
    20mg/day (16) Nolvadex

    On Hand: Arimidex, Bromocriptine, and extra nolva in
    case gyno rears it's ugly head.

    The dbol added to week 11-14 will give you something
    to use while you are off the injectable gear and you'll
    seriously feel like you're starting a new cycle.
    I'd start with lower doses of deca just to be on the safe
    side then ramp up if needed. Since deca can potentially
    shut you down pretty hard you may want to keep some
    HCG around so when PCT comes around it will be much
    easier to maintain your gains. I figure, it's better to
    keep the old boys close to the house so you don't have
    to put their pics on a "have you seen me" missing add
    to look for them later. Hope this could be helpful.

    What i saw right off the bat is NO:1 You are not eating enough brother 3200 calories is what i feed my grandmother(Ha Ha). Start off with about 4000 and eat more carbs too. Because if you are 4% bodyfat that means you are lean as helll and have a fast metabolism. That means you can gorge yourself with food, Not junk food good quality proteins and slow burning carbs like oats brown rice maltodextrin whole wheat products. That is how you will gain serious size. The gear as far as i am concerned is only 5% training and diet is the mainstake of your success.

    bump to pumpedup230,you will definately need to up your cals and protein intake if you want to make serious gains.here is a suggested protein shake i try to take 2x per day, once in the early am to get me going and once immediatly after my workout.:

    3 scoops of protein powder
    3 cups of whole milk
    2 packets of flavored instant oatmeal( apples & cinnamon tastes best)
    2 scoops of icecream
    put it all in a blender and mix thoroughly then drink it down.
    yeilds about 100grams of protein, 1400 cals and about 80-90 grams of carbs.if this doesnt help you pack on some mass, nothing will

    That sounds like a helluva shake ... will definitely have to try that out. As far as my diet goes, I always increase my cal/pro/carb intake while I'm on. When I started working out 3 years ago, I weighed 135 lbs ... so you can imagine how much I've changed my body in three years by packing on 35 lbs (and thats before taking my biggest cycle to date). Even after three years of dieting and working my ass off, I still have a lot to learn.

    bump to pin but IMO there is no need to throw in the d-bol at the beginning and the end of your cycle just use it one time at the beginning or at teh end preferably at the beginning.

    one more thing when you do your d-bol you should do 40mgs a day for the first 4 weeks.
