Is 10 mg a day an effiecient enough dose to use as an anti-e while using sustanon at 250-375 mg a week?

Yep.

I still bloated bad on that low a dose. 20mg is better IMO.

aces, it is very individual as you can see. I would not need any anti e's at that dose. You will really need to find out for yourself, just make sure that you have some nolva around in the event that you find you are very sensative.

I fine 10mg ed at night before I go to bed is the best. But, remember everyone is different.

Aces, you will first notice that your holding quite a bit of water, then you will start to feel itchy around your nipples, then you will notice a little lump under your nipple getting harder and bigger.

If you start seeing a lot of water build up start taking 10mg per night.

If you don't catch it till you have itchy nipples, start at 20mg per night.

If you blast through all of the first warnings and have a lump forming take 40mg per night till it subsides and then continue on 20mg from there out.

Also if you start lactating don't be alarmed this CAN happen. It can go away if you stop everything and wait. Or you can run Nolva to be sure to prevent it.

Also i would recommend having clomid on hand some argue back and forth about clomid and Nolva and there are great article to read about the pro's and con's of both...check them out
