Both are designed to make your overall physique harder. Creatine suppl. will also cause this to be more pronounced, so if you are taking creatine, you should stop while you are on Prop. or Winstrol.

How much of each are you taking every week/day?

Too much of either one will cause this problem as well.

I am taking 50 mg of WInny every third day, and 100mg of Test Prop every third day. Could water consumption play a role or NO? Also, I am not taking any creatine

It could be your water intake but it could also be that you need more minerals in your diet. Pick up a good multi mineral supplement. If you are taking a multi vitamin with minerals still take an extra multi mineral. Rember when on AAS your body absorbs more nutrients so you could be slightly depleted.

I'm a complete dumbass !!! I totally forgot about creatine causing minor cramps and I've been thinking I have been hitting my abs to hard. Boy, I tell you, sometimes I think the rookie in me keeps wanting to come out and play. NO MORE CREATINE FOR ME !!

Never have had an experience with aas cramping my muscles. But I have over done it in the gym at times on aas and pay a heavy price.
