    Place this in the contest section of the board not here and you will get more help.  I am not the best with pre-contest tips b/c I don't compete so I will let Ptest, Buff, NPC and others chime in on the drugs they choose.

    I will tell you that Halo's are not to be taken lightly, they are a powerful and harsh compound for any age especially at 40.  Just know this before you dive in head first.  I would stick to Tren, Var, masteron, winny and compounds like that for pre-contest.  Just my 2 cents.  

    It is mostly your diet and cardio that are going to refine you for stage prep.  I am sure they will echo the same thing!

    which one of these would be better for a 800 meter runner? i used winny, but it was too rough on my joints. i used low dose test, but i put on too much weight. now im looking at halo and masterone as my next options.

    out of experience for those who have used both.

    1. what was better for energy?
    2. what was better for recovery?
    3. what caused a great RBC count increase/greater endurence?
    4. which caused the least "pump"

    Eq raises RBC, but i would suggest oral turanabol and lose dose test (150-200mg/week).  Turanabol was developed by the russians or germans for use on olympic athletes in the 60's.  40-60mg of t-bol/day would be really good.  Eq at 400mg/week would be good also, but you have to run it for 10-13 weeks to get full benefit.  Always run a trt (testosterone replacement therapy) dose of 150-200mg/wk with any and all cycles.  Peace.

    I dont suggest EQ for the matter that it will make you as hungery as a buffalo and you dont want that extra weight but I do recomend tbol.

    I noticed a massive increase in endurance when taking a low dose of Anavar (40 mg/day). I run 5k 3 times a week and Anavar made a big difference in my times (-5 mins) All AAS increase RBC just some of them do more than others. I know that Halo is widely used by sprinters but haven't heard Masteron being used...

    I think he was refering to the oral version thats out now. MDHT

    I agree wit whoever said OT. It was used by swimmers for a long time(im sure it still is). Var gives too much pump for some athletes. I was a swimmer and you cant hardly move youre arms from the full body pump of var.
