I have a 10ml bottleof Prop that expired in 2015, and a bottle of EQ that expired in 2016. Can I still use them? Neither of them have ever been opened. I am guessing that they may have lost some of their strength...but I would rather not waste them at this time. Are they still safe to inject?

I would think that they are fine but they will have lost some potency.

Foods have exp dates as bacteria will spoil them, eventually. With bottled water the 'germs' just make the water stale, and unsaleable. But not unusable.
Your bottles should be to medical standard, bacteria should not get in at all. The exp dates you have show the point at which they will possess the stated potency effectively. Light is one factor that very slowly renders medicine useless.
For my money they'll be fine, but clean the bottles thoroughly (alcohol etc)as any dust on them will have bacteria there. Also, if you have ever broken the seal with a pin (you didn't get 'em from anyone else, who might have?) in the past don't use them. You will get an infection for sure.

i wouldnt use them,,,,i would instead just send them to my addy and ill let u know down the road how it worked out for me lol..
