How do I learn more info and what do you do? Ive been reading here and there but I would like to know what is actually involved. Sounds similar to TRT.

I've tried some bridge cycles with primo and low dose test and they seemed worse than getting completely off.

My bridge cycle consists of hcg, igf and hgh and I love it!

if you cant afford the HGH then the IGF would be a good bridge by itself...

I have bridged with a low dose of test, var, tbol, AI's, and a few others. I think the AI's make for a good bridge. IGF would also be a great bridge. I wouldn't personally bridge with HGH b/c you need to run it long term so why bother to just run it 3-4 months. You're better off running it all year round imho.

i have been bridging between the last 2 cycles.been on for a little over a year now.gonna try a really aggressive pct at the behest of my wonderful wife.kinda nervious but we shall see

I normally run a faster esther Test and compounds together. I would like you opinion on bridging my cycles with IGF and a low dose Test.

What would be a decent amount of time between the 2 cycles while bridging.

I still do the time on = time off (bridge), but then again, I don't use test for my bridge, I use hcg.

Using HCG you can trick your body into producing more test than it would normally and allow your body to recover. It is way under estimated in my opinion. I have been advocating hcg for a long time to minimize sides of cycles (not only nut shrinkage) and have been using it as a part of my TRT or bridge for some time too. If your not using it religiously, your missing the boat in my opinion.

2 ius hgh ED
20mcg igf 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
20mg nolva per day

I have been thinking about bridging my cycles with 200 test cyp and 1000 hcg. More of you must be doing somthing like this, or say, only taking 1 month off!!

Would be good to get people opinions and results
