Can anyone point me in the right direction? I just turned 47 my height is 5 feet 8 inches and my weight is 165 pounds. I eat better than most people and have now been working out for 16 months. I mostly use dump bells but also mix it up with the machines as well. I'm lifting 80 pound dumb bells and curling 40 pounds. I have my daughter wedding coming up and I told her that I plan on being in better shape than all the young guys that will be in their mid 20s. So I'm looking to increase my weights at the gym and also looking for that cut and shredded look. I was thinking of taking the following: Anavar 7 weeks at 30mg per day and then Winstrol tabs too. Can I get some help on what is the best approach to obtain my goals.
