What is the actual half-life of D-bol? I have read everything from 3.2-4.5 hrs to 6-8 hrs. I am taking 30mg ed splitting into 3 10mg doses. I have been taking them 5-6 hrs apart. So just wanna get some feedback on how people have taken it. The last cycle I used D-bol I took 20mg ed and broke the 10mg tabs in half and took 4, 5mg doses ed and it was pretty effective. Stepping up to 30mg this cycle and want to know if 3 doses a day is going to be effective. Ive only been taking it for 3 days so I can change it up now no problem.


Does anyone know if D-bol really has a 6-8 hr half-life? Cause I will have to figure out a differect schedule and dose if its more in the 3-4 hr range.

So 3 doses of 10mg each isnt keeping stable blood lvls is it? What can I do? Jump to 40mg and add a last dose around 1am?

thats the problem with d-bol and why i don't take it.i prefer t-bol because its half life is 8 hrs with similiar results as the d-bol.when i did take d-bol i would take all my pills pre workout and that worked well for me

Whats gonna be hardest on my liver? Taking 30mg in one dose or stretching it throught the day in smaller doses? If it doesnt matter as far as results I need to be doing whats easiest on the body.

Big Bump on this. Thats the half life which is why its best to take frequently throughout the day.

So whats going to be the most effective schedule for 30mg ed? 1 10mg dose every 5 hrs? or break it down to 5mg doses every 3 hrs?

I have just taken it 10mg with breakfast, lunch, and then dinner regardless of other meals or protein drinks, etc. Worked well and convienient.

I don't think a hour or two makes a sig. diff.
