I dont know...i might be way off base. I mean my diet has been very good my entire cycle(in fact i think it has improved). I drink lots f water. I work out with the same intesity and get enough rest and sleep. I am confused.
I killed legs on Friday and went to the gym on saturday morning and just felt flat...very flat. I stepped on the scale even though i weighted myself the previous Thursday and it read 196....the previous thursday i was 201??? Everything else seems to be fine. My strength is still there, diet is good, sex drive is awesome(3x a day and the GF is keeping up ). I just feel flat ever since starting it.
