I need some input or maybe just an overview. I started using it stemming from advice Visions had for me and since i have been on it i havent felt as pumped as usual. I dont know if that stems from the Arimidex or not but gains have slowed and the feeling has fell. I was using 1mg ED but dropped that to .5ed and that made me feel much better. I dont know what to aribute this drop off to....i am not saying it is the arimidex but i have read here and there on people opinions about estrogen being good in ways while on cycle.

I dont know...i might be way off base. I mean my diet has been very good my entire cycle(in fact i think it has improved). I drink lots f water. I work out with the same intesity and get enough rest and sleep. I am confused.

I killed legs on Friday and went to the gym on saturday morning and just felt flat...very flat. I stepped on the scale even though i weighted myself the previous Thursday and it read 196....the previous thursday i was 201??? Everything else seems to be fine. My strength is still there, diet is good, sex drive is awesome(3x a day and the GF is keeping up ). I just feel flat ever since starting it.

Help guys.

P.S....

Again i dont know if this is related but i have been getting some bad nose bleeds the past 3 days. I never get these.

i don't beleive the arimidex is the problem.the only side effect that i've found researching it is suppression of hdl (good) cholesterol.

See i didnt think so. Visions recommnded it to me and i knew he would have disclosed any negs that come with it.

I wonder what my deal is? I mean my weight bounced back. I was 200lb as of 11am before i came to work. I have a bit more energy as of today thus far. I dont know what happened last week though.

What I have said before when you keep your estrogens in the normal range you won't feel as jacked up because of less bloat but you'll build muscle the same... taking less will allow more water on you... If you like that feeling adjust your dosage... Don't stop it all together or you run the risk of gyno... Try .25mg ed and adjust from there... I personally prefer no bloat at all... I still get great pumps and I am stronger then I have ever been...

In the end it's all trial and error and finding out how your body reacts...

I see what you are saying. It felt like i dropped the water weight cause i looked hard but felt flat. I dunno. Anyways i reduced it to .5mgED for now. It has been like that since Saturday. I think i will run it like this. I never planned on dropping it.

Hey Man, Everyone has to find what works best for their body. When it
comes to juicing there is no "right way". Arimidex is powerful and
expensive, works well , sometimes too well in keeping down aromatase.
But I won't use anything other than Proviron or if I am doing heavy
androgens Proviron and 10 Nolva. Proviron will keep your estrogen
under control, raise the amount of test in the bloodstream, and will
give your body a hard, thick, shredded and vascular look like no other
drug I have ever tried. Just my 2 cents, but I think Proviron is
superior to all the other anties.
Like I said ,you have to find what works the best for your body.

Well i am taking 25mg Proviron per day as it is. Should i keep taking the arimidex than?

Just a side note here as far as weighing yourself. I think it is important that you are checking weight the same time each day. I think it is recommended that you weigh first thing in the morning after a BM so as not to take in the food that is just sitting in your stomach.

Hey Man, I would do as Visions recommended and drop the Arimidex to .5 and
see how that goes for you. Arimidex is very effective in keeping estrogen
under control, and depending on how your body aromatizes the Test
you might have been dropping the estrogen levels way too low, and you
do need some in your system to grow. The drop to .5 daily seems the
logical thing to do.
The last post, I was just telling you that my body responds to
Proviron much better.
Also, our bodies go through cycles where your strength and
size is up, and also when your strength and size drops. This is natural
and everyone has their own body cycle. You might just be having a
"low" week.
The more cycles you do and the more supplements you try, you will
