I am about to start 1st cycle within the next 2 weeks. Got all the gear. Test e, D bol, Clomid & nolva for pct. From time to time I hear about "The dreaded bloat" or "I puffed up big time" espesially from taking D bol & test. When people say this are they just reffering to bad water retention from the D bol? And why is it regarded as a bad thing, is it because you tend to lose alot of gains after pct?
Bloat is just a build up of water weight. It can get to the point to where when you flex you just look puffy rather than muscular. I particularly dont like the idea of carrying too much water weight so i was suggested to use either Aroma, Letro, or Arimidex to combat the bloat.
Its not just the d-bol. test will do it as well. the water retention Is from the aromitisation. It depends on what you're goals are. Some cant have bloat for one reason or another and some welcome it. NTG
im going to be doing dbol 30mg, test 500mg, and eq 600mg cycle in the near future. would the bloat off this type of cycle be similiar to creatine mono bloat or more? btw i will have adex, proviron, nolva, clomid, hcg, winny
