Hey guys i was going to do Nolva + clomid for my post cycle therapy. But i heard from Visions that nolva doesnt help at all with test production so do i really need it. Also my cycle is going to have Methanabol (BD DBol) and Test Enthanate which both have a high aromatization should i be prepared to have a lot of estrogen side effects coming my way?

Visions recommends doing an AI like Aroma or Letro with clomid for PCT. I personally listened to him and have bounced back wonderfully from my last cycle. I dont even deal with Nolva anymore.

And as for your next cycle. An AI like Aroma/Letro/or Adex will bring your estrogen levels back to the normal level thus preventing any gyno issues. It will also make you less bloated.

bumpin rulz on this one the aromasin will help you much better.

problem is the pricetag for it though...Armidex and Aromasin are way out of my price range

I have come to learn that it is the gear thats cheap...its the other stuff to get you back to normal and prevent sides that begins to rack up. But i would much rather keep all my gains and bounce back nicely as opposed to losing all my hard earned mass with a sub-par PCT.

about keeping all of your gains, wondering if anyone actually does keep absolutely all of them, seems like you have to lose atleast a little if not around half...?

You will drop some water weight...ic kinda counterbalance that by starting a good creatine blend 2 weeks before i start PCT.

But if you take all the proper precautions on cycle and do a strong PCT. Keep eating as much food and training your shouldnt lose half of what you gained.

Hey Mass,
How much guys aromatize Androgens is very individualized. Some guys
can take 700mg of Test per week and hardly have any sides and others
need only look at a picture of a bottle of Test and get gyno. Personally,
I can almost completely eliminate estrogen sides including water retention
with 50mg of Proviron and 25mg of HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide) daily. If you
have a problem with aromitase then you may need something stronger than
Proviron such as Adex, Letro, or Aromasin. Just a suggestion to consider.
