Tricep Workout

Can anyone share their tricep workouts that are tried and proven to pack on mass? I just cant get mine to freakin grow! My arms are smaller then i would hope for because my tri's are lagging, everything else is growing like a charm i just cant seem to get them to catch up. Any help is much advised.

Well the exercises which will help pack on the mass are skull curshers (on an incline, decline, and flat bench), weighted dips, close grip bench press, overhead extensions (1-arm or both with a dumbell). There are many others also.

You could try this to fry them:

-Weighted dips 3 sets of 10
-Skull Crushers / Close grip bench with an ez curl bar 3 sets of 10 and 10
-1-Arm Overhead dB extensions 3 sets of 10

Make sure you stretch and also if you have any tendinitis than some of these exercises will most likely exacerbate it.

You just want to make sure you hit all 3 heads of the tricep.

Should i do the close grip bench and skull crusher in one movement? Or do them as seperate sets?

You would want to do them in separate sets. You would do 10 full reps of skulls crushers. Than go right into performing close grip presses and try to knock out another 10 reps.

You can also superset other exercises like skull crushers and than weighted dips performed on a bench with plates laid on your legs. Or you could superset v-bar triceps press downs with rope press downs.
