True Protien Combo..

Ok... well i need protien....kinda low on cash...due to costs for prom/springbreak so i was thinking what do you guys think i should do....prefereably i want to keep it under $50 what would i benefit from most and what %'s

I was thinking of:
Whey Protien Concentrate
creatine maybe?

wut else would i need? any ideas

i assume youre trying to gain weight..i would get some sort of carb supplement (ie maltodextrin, dextrose, etc etc) or a protein/carb weight gainer (i use cytogainer, for example)..take it at least after every workout, if not more..
the creatine is good tho

Yea i want to gain weight but i want to try to stay realatively lean while doing that =/

You oughta be able to..
Your muscles need glucose and protein immediately after working out.
To get the protein synthesized as quickly as possible, whey is superior to other powdered proteins and also to whole foods.
To get glycogen into your muscles you need a fast and slower-acting carbohydrate source.
a maltodextrin/dextrose combo will do this, i believe.
Therefore, as far as pre-mixed popular products, a weight gainer would work perfectly.
ie cytogainer, n-large, etc

I would get some 100% pro from on's and muscle milk.And as for the creatine,no explode.But thats a little more than 50 bucks......

i was thinking something along these lines?
Percentage Proteins
80% Whey Protein Concentrate

Carbohydrates
5% Maltodextrin
5% Dextrose

Supplements
5% Creatine Monohydrate
5% L-Glutamine

what u guys think? and its under 50bux for 10lbs

Firstly yes musclemilk is the bomb brother as soon has i am out of my protein from trueprotein i will be buying that from now on. It puts size on you like no other and lean too. Anyhow if you are looking for a protein powder like the other guys are telling you, you need calories since you are trying to gain weight. So get a varied amount of proteins and some maltodextrin for a carb source and mct powder and some yolk powder maybe. This will make for a highly anabolic muscle building shake. I have done alot of experimentting with creating proteins online so i got a little bit of knowledge about it.

whey protein(brother do not settle for concentrate it is garbage you want a isolate, no bloat or stomach problems either and yields more protein per serving.
30%% on that
Whey Caseinate for slow digesting and thick like milkshake
20%
Maltodextrin 15-20%
Mct Powder10-15%
Yolk Powder or whole organic egg 10-15%
building muscle aint cheap you have got to eat alot and train like a freaking animal. Now go drink a bunch of food and protein and train.

Musclemilk is 17.95 at www.massnutrition.com No one knows how cheap you can get it online and it tastes unbelievable. Buy it up bro and drink 4 of them a day with 2-3 cups of milk and maybe some frozen strawberries or peaches and a couple tablespoons of olive oil. You will be growing in no time.
