well after hours and hours of reading, ive decided to cross over! so here it is, my plans for the first cycle. im 33, 6', 220, 16-17% bf, and im looking to bulk up. i decided to do the prop at the end to cut down on my wait for pct. i dont mind the pinning. would you guys recommend running hcg during this cycle considering its my first? i see a lot of cycles without it, but ive also read and heard a lot of good things about it, very curious on that.

its still a test only cycle. i see a lot of bros posting that their in their 3rd-4th week and they havent felt anything kick in yet, so by using the prop in the beginning, i should be kicking during the first week. again, i dont care about the pinning, its part of the game.

I think you will be fine... Start your good habits now and do use the HCG...

You need to have an AI like Arimidex, Letrozole or Aromasin... its best to keep estrogens in the normal range so I would recommend you use it throughout... you can wait to see if you run into problems but I can tell you now its best not to wait cause estrogen doesn't build muscle so the AI wont hinder gains ,,, the only gains it will hinder is bloating and a big painful gyno lump... you can wait to see if you need it but you should have it on hand... Nolva sucks to stop gyno or bloating once you have it yet an AI works quickly

PCT should be Clomid + an AI like Aroma... 3 weeks of clomid and 6 of the AI

I like the prop at the beginning of the cycle, but consider it to be an unnecessary complication for the end of the cycle. Keep it simple, keep it simple, keep it simple.

I use 500iu HCG/wk. I've heard too much and it has the opposite effect.

Looks good... Get at least enough Arimidex to be able to take 1mg a day so you can up your dose if you need to... You can always use the extra for the next cycle...

Too much is taking the shots too soon like ed... the testies like pulse stimulation and too many pulses and they stop responding.... In studies it was shown once the testies are working... 500iu's eod is enough to stimulate production into the normal range... We don't need that much, we just need them to keep working without shutdown... A shot of HCG will have a peak output in 72 hrs... so with that knowledge we can take the shots e3d or 2 X a week... 2 X a week is enough...

yes indeed the estrogen control and pct compounds are expensive, but well worth it.

you should be okay at .25mg/d arimidex througout the cycle but do like visions suggested and have more on hand just in case.

thanks for the advice guys. i really want to do this right and spoil myself with the best gear, and that includes my pct. the bad news is is that after totaling everything up, ive to wait a few weeks until i can afford it. but the good news is is that im going to wait a few weeks until i can afford it.

Visions, should I take HCG at 500iu 2x/wk or 250iu 2x/wk? Thanks. I think I notice the drop towards the end of the week. I weigh 183lbs if that matters. Oh yeah, by the way, I have huge balls when I'm not shut down.lol
