i posted my cycle before but this is what i am running:
also, first cycle ever.

weeks 1-10 test e x 500mg split into two shots
weeks 1-3 t-bol x 30mg ed (to kickstart)
standard pct
i was going to run 400mg of test per week but who can measure that exactly? and i was going to run the t-bol at 50mg per day but lowered it a little due to the increase in test.

so, this is whats up. i am 2 weeks into the cycle and i am up 10 pounds already. i feel awesome! super strong, hungry, and horny. however, i don't want to gain an insane amount of weight. what's the point of holding so much water for 10 weeks and then dropping it all? i would rather be dry and lean. i don't really feel bloated. maybe a little. my friend has some arimidex. should i run a little of that every week? i don't want to gain 30 lbs. and 15 of it be water. or anything else i can do?

1/2 tab every 2-3 days will be good...

I think you should have run the Tbol 6weeks or more

i agree with visions you should run the t-bol 6 weeks,not to mention the t-bol will help harden the gains you get from the test.3 weeks is not enough time bro and i highly doubt you'll gain 15 lbs of water weight on this cycle and if you have arimidex thats going to help also

tbol would be best run for 6 weeks at 40-50mg.

I agree with the rest add 3 weeks to the T-bol and up it a bit. The a-dex will help significantly with the water. .5mg eod should be plenty.

i know this sounds stupid but my gains are too good. i can't put on so much weight. i deal with people who might know what i am up to (pre-med student). this is why i opted for the lower dose and i am still responding great!!!! and this is only the second week. the test has not really kicked in yet. although, i am def. feeling it. this is my first real cycle. although i would love to kick it up a notch, i would rather be conservative this first time. in 2-3 more weeks i should start gaining even more, right?

update:

into 3rd week of cycle:

running test E x 500mgs per week
t-bol 30mg daily
adex .5mg 2x per week

UP TO 190 FROM 172!! 18lbs!! that is with doing 2 hours of cardio every week and eating really clean. i am not even eating like i am bulking, just eating smart. i do not look or feel bloated at all. WOW! no real sides to speak of yet. just super super horny. my girlfriend is away for 3 weeks. i'm ready to bang anything that isn't nailed down!

question:

should i increase my cardio to help make sure this is not a ton of water i am holding? but again, i do not feel or look bloated. and/or should i bump up the arimidex a little? i know that lowering the estrogen too much is not good.
