Clen Help

I need to loose 10 to 15 pounds. I have a bottle of clen. Can anyone help me map out a good cycle

diet and cardio, clen alone will not help you drop that much weight.
use the search button at the top right, and look up clen and clen cycles.
all the info is on this site.

Diet and cardio are the key to a steady weightloss, I hope you realize that.
Clen will help you but clen alone won't do it.

I ran a search on clen. Most of them say to take 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off. Starting at 20 mcg a day then working up to 80 mcg. Also along with this im starting a clean diet getting cardio everyday. Is this the smartest way to go to acheive my goal?

or you could do mon-fri and take off sat and sun....20mcgs sounds a lil low to me...but it all depends on if you get the jitters and rapid pulse etc and how severe they are...i would start at 50 mcgs split the dosages into am and pm..25 each...but nothing wrong with starting at 20 and goin up from there..just experiment and see what makes you feel the best...with the least side effects..

A clean diet
Cardio 4 to 5 times a week preferably on an empty stomach
