I am a long time reader never posted before. My question is if on a cycle of say Test E, EQ and Tbol, along with all ancillaries. Is it okay to do high intensity cardiovascular work like sprints, running bleachers, hills etc.

I am just finishing up a cycle of Test Cyp, EQ and TBol. In the beginning, my BP was somewhat high so I was careful when doing cardio. I think the cardio and water helped to bring it down over time and now I do not have a prob with intense cardio of that nature. I think everyone is different and I would monitor your BP daily when doing any cardio but that is me.

Well bro, sprinting is the only cardio I do. I run test cyp. eq.also. I don't know if it's recomended,but it works for me!

You should notice an increase in speed and endurance on these compounds.
I'd watch your BP and more importantly your joints. Stay very hydrated, and take some Omega Fish oils, or other OTC joint compounds if you willl be sprinting daily.

First ill give you my stats. I am 6'5 270lbs around 18-20% bf. I am not any type of cycle right now I have done one in the past. I would like to continue to do high intesnsity cardio because I believe that is the best way to decrease fat while sparing muscle. I am currently on the Ketogenic diet trying to get down to about 12-15% fat. I would also like to keep in shape because I also believe gym style cardio is not nearly as effective as high intensity cardio. Basically my current goal is to spare mucscle, while decreasing body fat and actual weight. Once I get to a decent weight and body fat percentage I plan on doing this cycle below and wanted to make sure I can continue with my running plan without running the risk of serious side effects such as stroke or heart attacks. I have not seen it discussed that much so I wanted to make sure it was okay.
12 week cycle
1-10 200mg test e/weekly
1-10 400mg eq/ split into 2 dosages a week
1-6 tbol 50mg/day
3-10 25mg proviron/day
3-10 arimidex .25mg/day
3-5 hcg 500iu's/ 2x week
8-10 hcg 500iu's/ 2x week
pct
13-15 aromasin 20mg/day
13-15 nolvadex 20mg/day
Also while I am at it any suggestions about this cycle?
