    Hey guys,

    Let me give u some quick stats:

    5'6
    190-195lbs
    body fat in single digits

    I've been working out for a looong time, really have only used prohormones, but the ban has screwed that up. diet is very strict.

    I've hit a brick wall this year, my gains have stayed the same. I really want to hit the 200lb mark without really bloating up during the winter months. Im a little nervous about that because the older I get the harder it is to drop all of that water and fat.

    Would like to do two cycles, one during the cold months to possibly gain 15+lbs and then a nice cycle two cut it up. Winni will probably be my cuting cycle, but what do you guys recomend for a nice bulking cycle without looking like a water bag?

    Welcome to Roids d-rock. For the type of goals you are looking for i would go with a 12 weeker of test and EQ with a kick start of t-bol (t-bol is like D-bol without the water retention). Check this out:

    wk 1-12 test e 500mg/wk
    wk 1-12 EQ 400mg/wk
    wk 1-5 T-bol 50mg/day
    wk 2-13 HCG 500iu 2x per week
    wk 2-13 aromasin 25mg/day or letro 2.5mg/day

    PCT (starts week 14)

    wk 14- clomid 100mg/day, aromasin 25mg/day
    wk 15- clomid 100mg/day, aromasin 25mg/day
    wk 16- clomid 50mg/day, aromasin 25mg/day
    wk 17- aromasin 12.5-25mg/day
    wk 18- aromasin 12.5-25mg/day

    You'll get nice lean gains off this cycle with little or no water retention and you'll definately pass 200lbs if your diet is on point. Questions??

    Man, that looks like its going to run a pretty penny!

    I'll keep it mind. What type of pct would I have to run after a cycle like that?

    Well after checking prices on this site, its not too bad. One question, whats eq? Could'nt find it on the site

    Eq is boldaxyl. As far as pct, i laid out the pct starting week 14 in my post.

    Another thing is if this is your first cycle, then you could run just the test E and t-bol and leave out the Eq. That's what i did for my first cycle and i gained 17lbs.

    but with the EQ itll keep you eating like horse if you have problems keeping your calories up.

    Wk 1-5: 40 or 50mg Turanabol (ed)
    Wk 1-10: 500mg Test E

    Wk 2-15: 12.5-25mg Aromasin (ed)
    Wk 12-13: 100mg Clomid (ed)
    Wk 13: 50mg Clomid (ed)
    *500iu HCG 2x a week

    If you need help eating, then throw in a ml. of B-12 every few days or so. You could ad on a few weeks using Test Prop, and that would cut you up at the end.
