Stan tabs 10mg or 50mg? Difference?

Pretty straight forward question i will be taking 50mg/day im thinking just 1 tab would be alot better than taking 5 but would it make much difference? Anyone tried them? Or both? Cheers

All pills have a short half life so i think its better to buy 10mg pills and spread them out throughout the day. keeps the blood levels more stable.

hey
but i was told its better to take the 50mg in the morning do weights and then be done with it for the day.
Was i told wrong? should i be taking it evenly througout the day?

You will maintain more even blood levels if you split them up and take them throughout the day. So take it 3 times a day. 10mg in the am, 30mg pre workout and then 10mg PM is how I like to do it.

Great advice...not to mention, think of the BP spike that a 50mg winny tab is going to give you at once!! k.p headache, nose bleeds, cramps, leg aches...been there done that...one more reason to split the tabs up.
