When i was gyming yesterday, after a set on the bench press, i was struggling on last couple of reps as you do, and i think i may have over done it, my eye feels like a vein has popped (under the top eye lid in the outside corner), you can feel it when you heart beat raises more? what does this mean, serious?

Hi mate , Personally have done it manytimes , usually when squatting or deads , too much pressure .... I would not worry too much.

I wasnt until i just looked in mirror, and if i keep still, my eye lid around the corner is vibrating with my heart beat? anyopne else experienced this??

i blew blood vessels in my eye before going heavy on lots of exercises, if your that worried my advice would be go to the doc and see whats up, or wait a day or two and see if it gets any better

Have a simliar problem left eye feels like something is wrong.. twitching, feels like something is under eye lid. but no redness Turns out nerve in C section of neck is being pinched Only happens when I lose form , cheat so off etc
But still see a Doc first time I went to ER and freaked Doctor out with list of what I was on

HOw's your BP...go to a couple of those bp machines and check it out first...do it 2 or 3 times and take the average...if it's all ok then you can just rule it out, but remember your bp on a machine is at a resting rate, and goes up when you are pushin the metal
