Ya there really isn't anything over the counter that will help much, because water retention while taking gear is usually a result of estrogen conversion. Your best bet is to run an Aromatase Inhibitor like aromasin, Arimidex or Letrozole.

That's because Nolva is not an aromatase injibitor, it is a SERM. Nolva does not stop the conversion of Testosterone to estrogen, it just blocks the estrogen from binding to the estrogen receptor, ie breast tissue. So you are still gonna have estrogen floating around in your system no matter how much nolva you use. You need to use a real A.I. like aroma, letro or arimidex.

Caffeine and alcohol are both very effective diuretics

Ya but I would not recommend using alcohol on cycle, as i am positive that you would not also FIT. And there is also evidence that alcohol can spike estrogen levels in males....so in other words, stay away from demon alcohol. Caffeine however, can help, especially green tea as DW suggested. Also watch your sodium intake. If you keep your sodium intake low to moderate rather than high, you will have much lees water retention.
