need help choosing 2nd cycle

i have 2 cycles that ive been going back and forth on and im not sure which one to go with, so if anyone can give me some input on either of these that would be very helpful.
right now im 6'3, 230lbs, with 8% body fat. i want to get up to 250-260 and cut down to 5% or under for body fat. i eat a shit load, not to many carbs threw out the day but after i work out alot, about 4500-5000 calories, and about 300-350grams of protien.

1-12 500mg EQ/wk
1-13 625mg test E/wk
1-5 50mg D-bol/ed
11-15 50mg d-bol/ed
13-15 100mg prop/eod
5-15 500iu HCG/e3d
1-15 50mg proviron/ed
16-19 pct

OR

1-12 500mg deca/wk
1-13 550mg sustanon/wk
1-5 50mg t-bol/ed
11-15 50mg t-bol/ed
13-15 50mg winny inject/ed
5-15 500iu hcg/e3d
1-15 50mg proviron/ed
16-19 pct

IMO you are chasing coflicting goals. Losing 3% BF and gaining 20lbs at the same time is pretty much impossible. But if you want to stay relatively lean while gaining some muscle, I believe that may be possible. As far as the cycles you laid out they look good, but one thing i do not understand is why run the t-bol with the deca- test cycle and the d-bol with the test-eq cycle. I think it would be better to run the d-bol with the test-deca and the t-bol with test-eq cycle, that just my opinion bro. I think you can stay relatively lean on either cycle. For mass i like test-deca-d-bol. You'll gain 20lbs no prob with the right diet on test-deca-d-bol.
