    I'm 5 11 at 187 and want to get to 200 or 210; want to stay lean; new to roids and want to know what cycle would be best

    5 11 187 32w 44c 17a
    50 yo lifting since 20
    eat very well - protein heavy; lean meats, fish
    workout regularly and hard 3 to 4 x a week + cardio

    u might have missed a recent post,, but u need to add ur age,,,experiance,,,,and diet ect ect,,, then someone with experiance can give u the proper advice....till then eat eat eat....

    bro you might consider for lean gains test pro and t-bol combo. If frequent shots is a proplem test ent. can replace Test Prop. you have a lil more water gain altough.

    Bump the more info you give the better the advice you get man read a bit on different stuff and what it does on the gear site if you fancy giving it a go stick up a post and the guys will assist you any way possible.

    I went from 188 to 210 on my first Anadrol, enanthate, deca cycle. I did 50 mgs of anadrol a day for the 1st 5 to 6 weeks (blew up!!!), 750 mgs of test enanthate a week for 10 weeks, and 500 mgs of deca a week for 10 weeks. If this is your first cycle you always want to start low because some people can gain a lot off of low doses and you should only take what is needed. If so, scratch the anadrol and go with Dbol at 30 mgs a day for 6 weeks, 375 to 500 mgs of test enanthate or cypionate or blend (i.e. sustanon) for 8 weeks, and deca at 200 to 300 mgs a week for 8 weeks. if it is your first cycle, you should get at least close to 200 lbs after pct and when all excess water weight is gone. Must do a pct with this cycle...look for info on it if you don't know what I mean.

    As long as you are of propr age and get put together a good diet....i would recommend a simple Test/Tbol cycle. Run Test E or C at 500mg per week for 10-12 weeks. Run the tbol for 5 weeks at 40-50mg ed.

    My advice is to do a little more research and put together a full out cycle. I laid the groundwork and now you can fill in the rest through the research you do.

    hey bro how are ya .from what you wrote i'm guessing your 50 yrs old and have 30 yrs training experience.if it were me i would do a test only cycle at 400-500 mgs weekly to see how your body reacts.with a good diet and hard training you'll reach 200 no problem

    Just want to point out that this was a funny comment. The reccomendation is good too. The best thing that you could do is research this site and the internet to learn what you should use. Then post the cycle that you made and see what everyone says about it.

    I would agree, run a test only cycle to see how you body responds to the aas.  Just eat right, train, and rest and you should be good to go towards reaching your goals. Dont forget your cranberry extract, water intake, whole foods multi, EFA's, etc.
