So I have heard this causes an increase in appetite. If so how much of an increase does it cause and where can I get it? Also, how much do you run, how often, and how long can you run it? Are there any side effects to running it?

Perhaps not even. How many more times will you watch the full moon rise? Perhaps 20. And yet it all seems limitless.

The appetite part is different with most folks. Some folks feel the hunger some folks don't. 1cc every 3days is almost the "norm". It's water soluble so it's pretty safe, even at high levels

Also Most injections contain as much as 2500mcg, or 2.5mg and are well tolerated. If your gonna do the injects make sure to run some Folic acid with it. However there have been some studies that also say the B-12 pill especially in the sublingual is just as effective as the inject. Hope this helps.
