Cutting Phase

Hey bro's I am done bulking for the winter and spring is right around the corner so I started to cut. Right now I am really focusing on keeping my muscle and working hard on the abs. I do cardio 4 times a week at a half hour rate. I do upper body mon and thurs and lower body tues fri. I weigh 165lbs as we speak my calorie intake daily is 1790 to 1800. my fat intake is 20-25 grams daily. my protein is 200- 205 grams daily and my carb intake is 196 carbs daily( that is good carbs whole grains red potatoes oatmeal etc..) If you guys see anything wrong with my intakes please advice wanted. I am 5 ft 8 I have a small frame. I eat eca three times daily on workout days.

Are you using any gear for cutting? If so what and what dosages?
