Decreased cardio ability?

I just started on 30mg Dbol/day yesterday and took my first shot of 300mg cyp/200mg EQ yesterday also...
i went for a run today and it KILLED me...
i felt good at first, like everything was normal...
but about 3 or 4 minutes into it i was ready to give up..i normally run for 30 minutes with no problem, so this was definitely abnormal..i'm wondering if the AAS (dbol in particular) has something to do with it, or if maybe the increase in calories could be the culprit....?
also, i noticed an increase in sweating in the gym (esp today)..ive heard before this is from the dbol...correct?

could be from addin more water weight although this happened pretty fast...

Bump to IP a guy in my gym told me he didn't sweat much until he started throwing D-bol into his cycle and now he sweats all the time.

I wouldn't think you'd be feeling effects this quickly;however, dbol makes me sluggish, it could be that your body has already processed some of the dbol and you are getting this side effect. Its making you sluggish and tired and harder to do cardio. Thats only a guess, other than that, maybe you ate something out of the ordinary or didn't eat enough which caused a shitty cardio session. Cardio will get much harder when your compounds kick in bro, especially once you add some weight, but hang in there and dig deep and you'll be happy with the results in the end.

When I pop a couple of dbol right before a workout it makes me tired and pumped at the same time. I would also say perhaps due to water weight that increased over night.

Cannons, that's exactly how i've been feeling - sluggish...
i'm gonna push trough..maybe just lower cardio down to 20 min 3x/week...
anyway, definiately been sweating a lot...
i'll survive lol
