According to the lastest FLEX magazine issue, you should drink fruit juice about 30 minutes before a large meal to quickly raise blood sugar and then followed by a rapid decline. This in turn causes an increase in appetite.
Also, they say to eat right before you go to bed b/c and when you wake up in the morning you will be starving. When you do this, insulin is released rapidly. Insulin is the appetite stimulating hormone. Just watch out for a distended stomach if you go overboard.
