How do you guys split up your workouts? Normally while off cycle, I'll do each muscle group once a week. However, while on cycle (which I'm just starting) should I increase my workouts and turn a 7 day split into a 5 day split? My recovery is so great on cycle that I think my muscle groups can handle a hard workout every 6th day.
