Female supplements

A female friend of mine has come to me for advice as far as getting into shape...she just recently started working out again, and has expressed some curiousity as far as supplements are concerned..her goal is basically just to lean out, as she def. has some extra fat..her stats are (just a guess here)
21 yrs old
she does have a lot of muscle, though, which helps to explain the 160...
all that i can think of as far as supplements are any of u (this one's for u DG) think that maybe t3 or Anavar would be beneficial to her, or is that too much? what do u'll think ladies??

Fat loss is most dependent on diet and exercise.

These are the questions that I have.
Is she eating appropriate ratios of protein/carbs/fats?
Is she eating 6 meals per day?
Is she cutting the carbs out 3 or 4 hours before bed?
How often is she doing cardio, and at what intensity?
What time of day is she doing cardio?
How many grams of sugar is she eating per day?

If she does not know the answers to these questions off the top of her head, then you have found the first things that need to be corrected.

What are your female friends eating right now to lose weight. As the OP said already this mostly depends on the type of diet. If you can control yourself eating different kind of nutritious foods then, of course, you can lose weight. Besides that you can also use supplements like
